Stafford family on way to service dog for son
The Howells of Stafford County have raised $6,000 in less than two weeks toward the $15,000 needed to get their son a service dog. Joshua Howell, 4, is a high-functioning autistic and epileptic. He has dozens of small seizures daily, when he zones out for a few minutes, but also has suffered three of the more serious grand mal seizures in 18 months….
